- Shortlisting – Based on qualification and experience
- Interview – Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview (100 marks)
- CTC Negotiation – At the time of or after interview

📌 Important Notes
- Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable)
- Notice Period: 2 months from either side
- Leave: 30 days per financial year
- Candidates can apply for more than one post if eligible
- Candidates debarred for non-joining in previous recruitments are not eligible
- Candidates who resigned from SBI on contract are debarred for 2 years
- Teaching & Training experience will not be counted for eligibility
